Neighbourhood Watch: Looking Out for Locals. Featuring Sea Legs, Iluka, The Darkened Seas, The Grease Arrestor.
The year is 2012. Between the ongoing recession, the return of the Vengaboys and the predicted Mayan Armageddon, Surry Hills has become a scary place. The Standard has enabled its own neighbourhood watch programme to keep our locals safe in these crazy times.
Monthly admission to the Standard safe house is a handful of silver coins to the sum of 5 bucks. Survival drinks such as selected beers and vodkas will cost you the same as entry, and whilst sheltering from the dangers of Surry Hills nightlife keep your fitness up and mind stimulated with free ping pong.
It's like a jungle sometimes... stay safe up at The Standard this August.
